Thank you for considering us for pick up and
delivery service. I am sure that you will find that
the quality of our cleaning will exceed your
expectations.
Our service is very easy to initiate. We will issue
you personalized “BEE” bags for your convenience.
The bag will be picked up from a mutually agreed
upon secure location. We will then process the order
and return the bag with the finished goods, picking
up the other one.
Our people are well trained to inspect each garment
on arrival and prior to completion; however, simple
notes in the bags will suffice to alert us to
anything unusual. All minor repairs and button
sewing is done as part of our service.
Our typical delivery turnaround is Monday –
Thursday, Tuesday – Friday, or once a week on
Wednesday depending upon
location. Additionally, we will make ourselves
available for any special requests. You will have
the option of being billed monthly, charging a
credit card for each order as delivered, or placing
the monthly balance on a credit card.

Does
this service cost more?
No, there is no additional charge for
pick up and delivery.

How do I
start service?
It’s easy. Call us at (503) 227-1144, or sign up.
We will then drop off your own “BEE Bags” to
leave your clothes in.

if I am not at home?
When you sign up for the service, our delivery
coordinator will set
up a convenient, secure place for drop off, and
if necessary give you a special clothes hanger
for returning the newly cleaned clothes.

How do I
pay?
We can either send a monthly statement, or keep
a credit card on file, and automatically apply
the charges to it at the end of the month.
